Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Since all our products are custom printed on demand 
specifically for each order, we do not accept returns 
or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Item not needed anymore

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, 
please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 
hello@nosetotailco.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the defective item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund 
at our discretion.

WRONG ADDRESS
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer, the customer is responsible 
for reshipping costs.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and 
we will investigate with the carrier and send a 
replacement if confirmed lost.

NO RETURN ADDRESS
As a print-on-demand store, we do not accept 
physical returns. Please do not send items back 
without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days 
to your original payment method.
